We seem to be having a losing battle in the lawn with these at the moment. Trouble is they are so beautiful when they go to seed I can't help but admire them.
My grass (can't call it a lawn) and the garden are thick in dandilions this year. As soon as I saw the yellow heads I said I'd be out deheading them ... was I... no ... so I shall have even more next year.lol The clocks do make a nice picture though.
I've treated mine this year with a lawn weedkiller and they seem to have died off. I hope it works its way down to the roots. But yes, they do look pretty!
