It was Chris's birthday on Friday and guess what he got that has dominated our weekend since. Have to admit, it's good fun - I even ache in places. The kids love the wii fit running (and so do we - it burns off all their excess energy).

    I have never seen one of these - but heard a lot about them - I should probably get one as the diet is not going well!Fab photo
