Ibuprofen tablets. Needed after I took a rather unpleasant tumble during my first ever ski lesson. I laughed though when I did it, mainly because my legs went everywhere and I couldn't get up. I pulled a muscle in my back trying to get my ski off! I'm going back though, it was great fun. The photo below is evidence that I did indeed go - and for a while stayed upright. That's me just turning to go down the slope. To the right is a group of 7-10 year olds, obviously at near professional standard!
