What's your favourite gadget?

I'm having a tidy up in my craft room today, well, I call it my craft room, it's our spare bedroom and I am spreading around it - hence the tidy up, and I started thinking about some favourite things, one being gadget.

As crafters we have hundreds of gadgets available to us, most of which we buy, use twice and stick in a cupboard. But it came to me that my favourite gadget isn't a crafty tool, but my pasta maker.

This little baby is the one thing I love to use. Jamie more often than not like to help cut the pasta once it's all rolled out. It also means a scrummy meal is on it's way, usually with a rich homemade tomato sauce. It's serious comfort food and we rarely eat dried pasta now.

So, come on, share, what's your favourite gadget?

Well.....actually mine's a foodie one too...aside from the craft Kenwood Chef. Not the best model, not sexily covered or adorned with accessories, but over used and wonderful!

Ohh I have one of these too. Homemade pasta is delicious isn't it. I make a sauce with a can of toms, some garlic and pesto and just cooked until it thickens, delicious, so much nicer than bought.
I'm afraid though my fav gadget has to be my Cuttlebug, I love it to bits!!

My favourite tool is a knike... a french cooks knife and not even an expensive one. I got it as part of a set when I got engaged in.....1966. The rest have long gone and 22years later, for an aniverary pressy, hubby bought me a couple of expensive ones ...which I hated and had to manage to damage!!!! ...wasn't easy
I think it is the way the handle fits my hand ...what will I do when it dies????
