Over the weekend I decided it was time I had a clear out of my scrappy supplies as I have more paper than I can use, so I was hard on myself and now have a pizza box full of cardstock and patterned papers to take to my crop for rehoming.
While I was about it I sat down with some of my old albums and have since made the decision to re-scrap my wedding and honeymoon layouts. I know it’s nice to look at the progression of your style, but honestly, when I started scrapping I had no style. Badly matted photo’s plonked in the middle of pages with very little interest on the page. Weddings are important, so I want to create pages that I want to look at, so above is the first new page. Trust when I tell you it’s a thousand times better, although I’m not convinced I have finished with it. We’ll have to see.
The next layout is another look back. We ran out of ink in our printer so I had a hunt for a photo to scrap when I went to the local crop, that or sit and twiddle my thumbs! I found this one of Rosie’s feet and finally finished the layout on Friday.
A little stash busting went on here with lots of brads, stickers and a feltie being used. All of which I have had for a while.
That’s it for now. Today is one of my rare kid free days, and I have tons to be getting on with while the house is calm. Thanks for stopping by!

I love your style! I agree - your style develops over time. I was so disappointed with all of m layouts when I first started scrapping a year ago that I decided to give it all up. I had another bash and after looking for inspiration on blogs and magazines, I have re-scrapped photos much like you. Really like the wedding layout. Thanks for sharing :)
It's good to see that LO finished, having seen it in progress at the crop - looks great. And I'm looking forward to your paper at the next crop - hope there are some bits I'd like to take off your hands.
I know what you mean about style changing - I was looking through some LOs the other day and saw the first 12x12 I ever did - looks very different to how I would approach it now.
gorgeous pages :)
Are you totally rescrapping the photos Vicki or just scrapping them again - despite my poor earlier efforts I like to look back at the old stuff - it's like looking back at the crappy old photos we used to take too! Nice bit of nostalgia? Love the bouquet by the way!!
And that super cute toesy photo - adorable - love the way you've scrapped it too - just given me an idea.......xx
"Teeny tiny toes" is adorable
gorgeous LO's. I've still not scrapped my wedding photos 8 years on, maybe I should start lol

I so love these LO's especially the wedding one. I'm just in the middle of a paper sort too ...will be sending bits to a charity card maker ...I hope it inspires me to do some scrapping ...have had no mojo foe ages.
Three lovely layouts :D I know what you mean about doing justice to your wedding photos, I'm trying to do the same with mine.
Totally agree Vicki, style changes and develops and sometimes it's very satisfying to re-scrap and re-do pages.
I love the design of both your pages and your photograph of those ten tiny toes is just adorable!
