I've always found something about Henry Moore's sculptures very luxurious and sensual so today was a real treat for me as I packed the kids in the car to took them off to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Little legs soon got tired so we only managed to cover the Henry Moore sculptures while we were there. Its a place I would highly recommend, even if you're not into sculpture as the grounds themselves are beautiful and have a very serene feel about them.

His sculptures are fantastic. He went to the same school as my kids and they have the original board with his name on display. He is really inspirational.

I definitely agree that Henry Moore's sculptures are often very sensual. He also made some smaller works. I'd love to have a Moore sculpture in my living room. Thanks for posting these photos.
